After a representative called to review my account and offer to restructure my account to better meet my long term needs they managed to lose over a third of my account within 7 months which had performed steadily over 10 years. Trying to get information or get through to someone who could explain or offer assistance has been a disaster.

I have been trying to close my account and take my losses for over a month.

I am moving my company's employee account as well because of lousy service and high fees. I've never had such horrible service, long phone waits, high fees and terrible performance with any other investment professionals.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
