They lost my retirement and also one of my daughters college funds. Their service is terrible.
They misreport how much I have and can never give me answers. Whenever I called them they gave me a run around. I could not even find an office (brick and mortar) to visit. They mis managed my retirement fund and my kids college funds.
Just a few days ago when I tried to withdraw a few thousand and had tens of thousand in the balance, they told me I did not have sufficient funds. Then another office said I did have the funds.
I don't know what kind of people they hire. I have told my kids to always invest with Fidelity.
