They lost my retirement and also one of my daughters college funds. Their service is terrible.

They misreport how much I have and can never give me answers. Whenever I called them they gave me a run around. I could not even find an office (brick and mortar) to visit. They mis managed my retirement fund and my kids college funds.

Just a few days ago when I tried to withdraw a few thousand and had tens of thousand in the balance, they told me I did not have sufficient funds. Then another office said I did have the funds.

I don't know what kind of people they hire. I have told my kids to always invest with Fidelity.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $20000.

Preferred solution: Just go away please..

I didn't like: Poor quality service, Unethical behavior.

Morgan Stanley are a bunch of thieves. I was advised to buy stock in a company that immediately tanked, and the “advisor’s” response was to sell it and buy it back in a month so that I could take the loss on my taxes.

How lovely! He gets 3 commissions and I get a $15,000 loss.

I moved my account elsewhere. *** Morgan Stanley!
