Morgan Stanley - "NEGLECT" TO GIVE PROPER SERVICE
NO EXTENSION NUMBERS - HAVE TO TALK TO TOO MANY PEOPLE
NO CALL BACK AS PROMISED - MAIN NUMBER EXCUSE
NO DIRECT LINES FOR EXCUSE
NOT A CARING EXPERIENCE FOR A COMPANY THAT HAS YOUR MONEY
2days of improper communication throught too many voices trying to talk for one another - really cant get the service - again they need to take matters for their customers much more seriously - lackadaizacle in importance- this was something that could have been expedited & done immediately but there has been no contact - i am livid with this service disappointed & know that the new generation is a part of it
