I cannot get a hold of the agent Tom Rowe that takes care of my account

I have been over 30 minutes to try and get a real person to talk to. That includes a time I try to get a hold of Tom Rose Office, who handles my account and then your customer service now, and I have failed to get a human being or any satisfaction, or anybody to talk to about my problem so far, I am totally dissatisfied.

I cannot get a hold of Tom Rowe the agent that transfers and takes care of my account. I cannot get an answer on his phone or a call back. Ive been trying for two days is he still in business?

Shut out from my bank account

for no good reason after they bought up etrade bank. refused to grant me access even though the user name and password were correct or let me close my account. they have withheld my money for a year, without interest. unbelievable arrogance and abuse of power that left me with no choice but to file a complaint with Office of the Controller of the Currency which regulates them. do not hesitate to file an online complaint with them. it's the only means to resolve problems where the bank has all the power and you don't.

Avoid them like the plague! After my father's passing, we have fought time and again with Morgan Stanley to follow our instructions and close/transfer accounts. They continually do not follow instructions. Our case is one with a trust and clear beneficiaries, and they still can't get their own act together. Ever since they acquired E*Trade they have bungled absolutely everything. Avoid them like the plague! Avoid them like the plague!

My dad passed away, I tried to phone Morgan Stanley so I could sort out the money outstanding.. They wasn't compassionate and told me I needed power of attorney, which is incorrect as that can only be done when someone is alive. 2 other companies I had to phone was very helpful and compassionate.

Still On hold last night and again today

Morgan Stanley stock trades. Online account says you have to call to make trade. On hold for an hour yesterday. No answer by representative. On hold over an hour already today. Watching price of stock go down with no ability to trade. Going to hold on the phone for 8 hours if that is what it takes to get my $ out of this antiquated system!

Verification process really difficult to navigate; customer service useless. So far have been on the phone for over 30 minutes (much of it on hold). They are unable to provide even most rudimentary service. Terrible system.

. A New Jersey advisor took extreme risks, concentrating portfolio in one stock(IOC) 70% in one stock. unsuitability, encouraged me to allow him to purchase penny stock ETrade. Took many commissions on my childrens trades when we were on annual %. Just ruined our lives by taking down our accounts to fraction of its original value. Blatant lies to defend himself.

Needed to ask a question about a UK related bank saying I had an online account with substantial amount of money in my name. Was it legit? Was there really such a thing! But no one in USA would respond! Oh yes you could call numbers and wait for days not hours! Then when you did get a response you were in the wrong dept. so a transfer to wait some more!

I have been waiting for my replacement parts. I bought a pool from Walmart in Boaz AL March 13th. We put it up May 14 and the legs bent and pool caved in. That’s water I have to pay for and my pool id
