Paid $50 fee for two separate wire transfers and after several days the money is still not deposited. The whole point of wire transfer was to get the money quickly, otherwise I could have just had a check mailed at no cost.

It's the digital age and electronic transactions should not take several days to complete, especially with a large company.

Their web site only has phone numbers for contact, no email options and no online chat options - again, inexcusable for a company this size having a web site. And of course, the call centers are closed on evenings and weekends.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $7475.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I liked: Page loading speed.

I didn't like: Lack of customer service.
