I received a letter from them in early December that from the outside envelope could easily have passed as junk mail. The letter was their standard Escheatment letter telling me that my account was unclaimed property that they were going to turn over to the state if I did not respond by January 5, 2018.
I have never had a missed statement from them and they know my phone number and email. No communications except this letter. Needless to say they got an earful from me! I printed out all documentation that I wanted from them and then submitted a transfer account request to move my full account to ETrade.
This happened to someone else that I know and he missed the letter.
They must be wanting to get rid of customers. I just don't understand what the heck they are doing!
